Essential Oil Safety

For external use only, avoid eyes. Oils are fat soluble. In case of irritation, dilute with oil, apply soap, or flush with milk (if in eye), before applying water.
Keep away from children.
Patch test on small area of skin to determine skin sensitivity, use with carrier.
Avoid exposure to the sun or tanning beds after topical application. This is especially important with citrus oils.
People with high blood pressure, pregnant, terminally ill, undergoing drug therapy, should use caution.
As with any wellness program always consult your physician.
